Andrea oversees Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Environment, Social and Governance efforts in markets outside of the USA.  In this role, she leads on the environment, community development, arts & culture and sustainable business practices, focusing on the strategic alignment and integration of ESG within BofA Merrill’s business objectives.

Prior to joining the company, Andrea was a managing director at Lehman Brothers. She has also been the Chief Executive of the Lehman Brothers Foundation Europe and has held various corporate roles focusing on business strategy, marketing and communications.

She holds a BA degree in the Political Implications of Art and a Juris Doctorate from NYU School of Law. She is on various boards including Create London and Children and the Arts; and serves on Bridge’s Social Entrepreneurs Fund and the Arts Impact Fund.
